Return Process
Something not quite right? Don't worry. We're happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery without any reason. To start the process, just drop us a line at support@samtenol.com. We'll need any items you send back to be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all the tags still attached. Then pack the items carefully and send them to us using a reliable courier. Bear in mind that you have to cover all the return shipping costs.

Refund Process
Once we've received your return, we'll give it a quick check over. Assuming everything is in order, we'll process your refund straight away to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the money to find its way back to you. Don't worry, we don't charge any pesky restocking fees, so you'll get the full amount.

I decide to cancel my order what can I do?
To cancel your order, please contact us at support@samtenol.com. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP. Once the order has been processed, we can’t cancel it.

Exchanges
If you’d like to swap an item for a different one, email us at support@samtenol.com with the details. We’ll guide you through the exchange process. You can exchange items within 30 days of receiving them. All items must be unused and in brand-new condition to be eligible for an exchange.

My product is damaged what can I do?
Oh no, we're so sorry your order arrived damaged or incorrect. Please take a photo of the item and send it to us. This helps us get a replacement sent out to you as quickly as possible to support@samtenol.com. We'll sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
